Help- TSH/Thyroid mysteries!!

Hi there, I have an under active thyroid and have been on 87.5mcg for last 4 years - a few months ago I briefly went on 100mcg and experienced overmedicated/hyper symptoms, on top of having a virus (I think it was Covid) and since then my thyroid levels have been lower and just not behaving! I just wondered if there was anyone out there, like me, who does not feel good with TSH levels between 0-2? For years my TSH was always 3-4 and I felt fine on that! And don’t understand why all of a sudden there has been a change? I had a cold a few weeks ago and ended up with sub acute thyroiditis and have now been advised by endocrinologist to stop levothyroxine for 2 weeks because TSH is 0.67. Anyone else just find thyroid matters so confusing and baffling sometimes??

I hope your endocrinologist is not just going off your TSH! Where are your actual thyroid hormones at?
