What is going on?

Been having stomach cramps on and off for a few months. Some are like period pains others feel like bowel.
Feeling bloated and full easily
Lost appetite
Flooding
Large clots
feeling very run down and fatigued

Dr did blood tests CA125 was high so had an ultrasound but they found nothing?

Has your doctor considered endometriosis (an ultrasound wouldn't pick that up)? Your symptoms could point to that. You can get adhesions to your bowel which cause the bloating and pain, and it sends your periods all over the place.

Waiting to see dr again they just sent a messsge saying scan all clear phone appointment in three weeks.

Yes, if you have bowel adhesions the symptoms can be similar to IBS. I was misdiagnosed with IBS and I understand that's quite common.

Fibroids?

I put up with this for over 2 years, bloody fibroids.

Fortunately I lost them this spring on leg blister population and now the periods seem too have now gone completely on just turning 44. The periods were normal as f!!k for
6 months and now like haha.
