Ulcer or Abscess?

I have this small white spot on my gum. I’m not in pain, I can eat and no sensitivity. The spot just feels a bit sore if I poke it. I haven’t had any dental work done and my last check up was mid August with clear X Rays. Is it an ulcer or the start of an abscess? I googled and of course that is the worst thing to do!

Abscess are painful, it’s probably an ulcer, does it feel squashy? Often an abscess under a tooth can make the tooth feel a bit squishy like you can squish it down into the gum (experience, not a dentist)
I currently have an ulcer (I think!) internet says it should take about 10-14 days to go. Impersonally use corsodyl mouth wash after brushing

Nothing squishy with the tooth or gum. Infact the gum feels normal. I have a feeling I maybe overreacting but that is what health anxiety does to you!
