Painful finger wart

For some years now I’ve had a wart on my forefinger , and although it’s aesthetically ugly I’ll forget about it but every so often it starts bleeding and becomes really painful. I have tried every over -the -counter remedy available, cyropen , Salycic acid tea tree oil, duct tape ,Bazooka etc . This is not merely a cosmetic issue, I work in food/ hospitality serving and I need to use blue plasters which keep coming off because I have to wash my hands so often which is annoying and mortifying. I went to GP who laughed in my face and said NHS does not treat warts . I looked into a few private Harley St clinics ( I live in London) and prices start from £295 which I can’t afford. Any advice / suggestions please?

Don't waste your money going to a private clinic. There's no guarantee the treatments will work. I spent more than your quoted price but it wasn't successful.

Some posters on here gave good advice if you look up the recent thread.
