Alcohol. If I'm honest I never really liked it, I only drank to be sociable and never at home. Since I turned 50 the smallest glass makes me feel awful- red hot, burning face, headache, sick. I ignore the people who think you can't enjoy yourself without a drink.

I get the burning face too. I’ve never heard anyone else mention it.

Men. My mental and physical health has been much better without the stress a partner causes!

Smoking - stopped about 12 years ago. Highly recommended

Drinking 4-5 bottles of wine every weekend 🤦🏻‍♂️ I still drink alcohol and really enjoy it, but it's 2-3 drinks over the weekend these days. Honestly can't believe how much I used to put away 😲

Being an exercise refuser. These days I'm in the gym 3 times a week and doing walks or yoga on the other days, and I feel a hundred times better than I used to

Pretty much all alcohol -have maybe two drinks a month
Only have one caffeine drink a day (tea)
Drink as much water as possible
Calorie counting
Walk as much as possible
Try to get enough sleep

Caffeine. Have decaff green tea or ginger in hot water.

Alcohol and caffeine

HRT, i feel so much more like my old self , my head’s clearer and my energy levels are up . I feel more positive and I’m sleeping better .

Sadly, coffee. I was having palpitations (ok from dr) and stopped it to see if it helped. It has. I hate decaff. Tea doesn't seem to set them off. But I don't enjoy tea. I enjoy coffee and miss it.
