im on approx day 5 of my period( this morning it seemed to be finished now this evening I’ve started having red blood again with small dots of clots and cramping. Really worried as this hasn’t ever happened to me before. It was brown yesterday eve and this morning, nothing all day and now this. I’m 31 for reference

I would get checked out. Sounds normal for me in peri-menopause, but you are still quite young for that. Good luck

Worried about it meaning what?

As a one off I wouldn’t be concerned, periods can change as time goes on, if it happens 3 times in a row I’d probably consider a gp chat, but occasional clots aren’t an issue, if they’re bigger than a 10p and your pain affects day to day life the advice is definitely see a dr.

If you're already under investigation for gynae issues then surely this isn't a surprise? I would just mention it at next appt unless bleeding becomes unmanageable.
