This is so gross, sorry.
I'm unwell this week - achy, shivery, cold-ish. I've started to do that horrible gross thing where you kind of 'hoick' up phlegm and then spit it out, except the last two times, this morning, have been very noticeably firmer and bloody. Like I could pick it up and move it like an object, not liquidy. Also massive.
Should I be concerned, or just part of being ill?
