Mole - normal or get checked?

I have had this mole(?) on my chest for a while now (months/maybe years). I don’t always notice it but it does get sore/crusty on and off. It is slightly raised especially in the middle.

Worth checking out? As you can see I do have quite a few moles of all shapes and sizes so I don’t want to be wasting their time!

Just get it checked. Probably nothing but better to be safe than sorry.

Unlikely to be anything but get it checked anyway. If you’re in the UK this is something the NHs can do easily, either the GP will diagnose or they’ll refer you to a clinic for a specialist to do so. I had a BCC for which I was referred. It was so small the clinician was able to remove it then and there with a biopsy punch.

Best to get it checked. I had a little skin lesion for 30 years then noticed it changed colour. I had to wait 6 months for an appointment but it's nothing serious. I'm glad I went otherwise I'd have been worrying about it.
