I noticed me and my 4 year old daughter had threadworm in our poo Thursday, so I went to pharmacy and got some Ovex we all took it I’ve cleaned everywhere hoover every day wash the towels every day after we’ve washed in a morning. Upped our hygiene to the point my hands are cracking. Then today I went for a poo my first one since Thursday (I don’t go often) and looked and saw a few threadworms some dead but noticed one wriggling around not sure if there was anymore but I only saw that one.
I rang the pharmacy this evening to see if I could take the second dose early and she said no needs to be two weeks and to book a gp appointment if I’m concerned and they might be able to prescribe something else.

My concern is that if there’s more alive in me then won’t they continue to breed?

My daughter went for a poo this evening and I saw them in her poo but from what I could see I couldn’t see any moving in hers.
