My self and my daughter have got pin worm since finding out I’ve been very conscious on hand washing and I don’t think my soap has agreed with me either my hand are very dry sore and cracked. I’ve got some o'keeffe's hand cream but it’s so painful to put on (think it’s because the skin is open) so I can’t use it. What’s the best thing to do I’m in so much pain?

Avon Care hand cream with glycerine works best for us.

Red hands, cracked by cold/wind/washing etc, it doesn't hurt when you put it on, takes a little while to sink in, but has great results.

Oh my goodness that looks sore OP.

I buy various handcreams because I really enjoy the different packaging and lovely smells.

But my " go to" handcream which I find really effective is Atrixo. And it comes in useful sized tubs and isn't expensive

Plus gloves with cream in. There are specialist gloves for this in silk or cotton usually or sometimes I just use the latex type gloves and pile a load of cream in and keep on for as long as possible!
