B12 deficiency

Got my results back yesterday- 179. Was hoping to be offered injections at this level but tablets only. Anyone have any experience of symptoms at around this level as I have a lot going on and I don't know what.to attribute to this low b12

Mine was 165 on my most recent bloods. I’m not having any symptoms. The GP called the haematology reg for advice as I’m pregnant, and I’ve been given oral replacement. Apparently guidelines were recently updated as I was given injections in my last pregnancy 3 years ago.

I’m not sure what the cut off is. Mine was 84 and I had the loading injections. To be honest I felt they made no difference so I just moved to oral supplements rather than the 3-monthly injections. Although I also had low ferritin (24) and I think that was the main cause of my lethargy because I do feel better when I take ferrous furmarate.
