Cold sore or blister?

Help! I’m waiting for GP to call me back but I’m getting so worried while waiting, my 3 month old developed this blister like spot on his lip since yesterday and im worried it’s a cold sore! Has anyone had similar on their little ones? I’m praying it’s just a sucking blister 😞

Hi OP. The first time they get a cold sore isn't it usually accompanied by a fever and feeling quite unwell? So if your little one doesn't have any other symptoms I'd say it's a random sore. Have they been exposed to anyone who might have one? I understand the fear though as I get cold sores and I'm terrified I'll pass one on!
