I had this for years with a load of other symptoms. I flushed my liver via the andreas moritz protocol and it sorted it after a few flushes along with my ibs, heart palpitations, acne etc. Ppl think I’m mad but it really worked.

I'm not a doctor so this is just my experience but my brain fog lessened enormously after I figured out i had developed some food intolerances and stopped eating those foods. My conclusion is that the brain fog was caused by inflammation and the inflammation was a response to the foods.

How do u know what foods it could be though

Perimenopause? How old are you?

or thyroid issues. Have you had that checked?

ItsFridayIminLoveJS · 18/11/2025 22:24

Vitamin B12 or D deficiency perhaps?

or iron. I have Ferritin of 8 and felt just like this.

@Addyman12 Sertraline can itself cause brain fog so I’m not sure why they are giving it to you other than that they think your symptoms are down to your mental health ?? Do you have a history of dissociative symptoms?

Check your carbon monoxide detector. CO poisoning will give you a headache/brain fog

Addyman12 · 18/11/2025 23:07

I mean my whole family would have suffered with it we all live in one house
