Can a mouth guard stop snoring?

My husband snores to the point where one of us sleeps on the sofa every night. Admittedly this is not helped by the fact that I’m peri menopausal and a very light sleeper. I’ve tried white noise, ears pods etc. I’ve seen websites that say a mouthguard can stop snoring. Does it really work?

It has more or less stopped my husbands , and he was a long term prolific snorer. He got a relatively inexpensive one from Amazon he moulded in hot water to his mouth. Greatly improved our situation which was similar to yours .

I was recommended Snorban mouth guard by an ENT surgeon. I’m a terrible snorer & my husband says I don’t snore at all when I wear it.
