Collagen recommendation

My daughter’s hair has become really thin lately and she’s dealing with a lot of breakage. Has anyone tried MD Hair Marine Collagen? I’m wondering if it’s safe and actually helpful before I start her on it. Any guidance would mean a lot.

how old is your DD?

I've taken collagen for six months now and it hasn't improved my hair even though the mix (elevate) also contains biotin. I think it's fine to try but I wouldn't get her hopes up too much. A lot of people are coming to the conclusion that its snake oil.
