Hi Op. you are probably best to look on the website of your local private hospital as it may be listed there and if not, contact them.
But why does your mum want/need this? If you suspect bowel cancer or she has bowel issues, then a colonoscopy would be a better and more accurate test.

My mum is having bowel issues and bowel cancer runs in my family so obviously concerned. She was booked in for a colonoscopy but she has high blood pressure so they couldn’t do it. Looking at alternatives until she can get her BP down.

My recent mri head was £895. No contrast.

Stool FIT test is pretty cheap and sensitive

Vista are an excellent direct healthcare company doing private MRIs. We paid low hundreds for one, around £250, when a private hospital a few hundred yards away wanted to charge well over £1000. They have many different sites - this was in London.

who's suggested an MR is the best imaging modality? Unless it's a doctor she probably needs to take advice from a doctor (CT is more usually first line). It would also be unusual to postpone genuine 2WW type investigations for high BP (so hopefully that means they don't think there's a high risk of cancer) - sounds like she needs to have a chat with someone who can do some joined up thinking/ explain things. If she's super keen to throw cash at the problem then an appointment with a private consultant for their advice might be better.

Have they actually done a FIT test OP. As a screening tool they are extremely accurate.
