stomach pain - bloating

i have had stomach ache for a week, started on the lower left,
groin feels odd, painful sitting, driving,
now it is full on bloating
what on earth could this be,?
am 60 on hrt

Please book a GP appointment. There are lots of things it could be, some benign, some more concerning. Much better to know sooner. Sending good wishes.

Second this response - go and see your GP. Probably nothing serious but always book an appointment to see your GP when changes like this come on. I had some serious bloating and pain in the summer. Booked an appointment, had a blood test which indicated a raised level of something (can't remember the name). Which was not a majorly concerning rise, but the doc still sent me for an ultrasound. Nothing showed up, but I'm going back to routine bloods in a couple of weeks to check those levels. Do get checked by your GP.
