Hi to all who read. To explain, had pain left side below jaw at back with lump and radiating into neck for nearly 3 weeks, I think it's salivary gland and now lymph nodes both sides inflamed. More so on left and definitive lumps,under jaw in neck. Red raw inflamed tonsil, began behind left tonsil .Is this tonsillitis or something else? Am I panicking needlessly.
