Bowel Issues

Hi All

After some advice.....
I had IBS confirmed by excluding other conditions from a colonoscopy in 2021.
Twice in the last 7 weeks I've had bouts of diaehorrea that comes on after tea. With it comes bloating and feeling unwell.
I am a stressful anxious person so I'm worried it's not IBS.
I will contact the GP but does this sound anything to worry about

What are you mainly worried about/it could be?
How old are you?
Smoke/drink/exercise?
Intolerances?
Increased stress ATM?
Unintentional weight loss?
Correspond with period?
Usual IBS symptoms? E.g usually loose/constipated/mixed
Bleeding?
Medications?

Lots of things it could be OP, but don't jump straight from A-Z, theres alot in the middle!! Just see your GP if your concerned x
