Wondering if anyone has had similar? I’ve been having an episode of loose stools once a week for quite a while now. The rest of the time BMs are perfectly normal, and I have no blood/stomach cramps/pains etc. Literally just an upset tummy roughly once a week! I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago as well in case it could be related.
I am in the process of getting it looked into, just trying to calm my nerves while I wait. Had a FIT test which was 4 (so negative) but had calprotectin tests which were 500 and 700 which is very high. Currently been referred to gastro and awaiting an appointment.
I’m terrified it’s cancer, although the negative FIT test and no blood is reassuring.
