Anyone who works in lab able to view these urine results?

The doctor told me no action but when I google it
seems the 88 number is bad.

Just wanting a second opinion. Having a huge panic that I have had an untreated UTI for a month when I am pregnant

likely explanation is just that it's a contaminated sample (the bacteria were probably picked up from skin not the urinary tract).
