Hi everyone..

Is it normal to go to the doctors and have perimenopause diagnosed ‘officially’? I have a lot of signs and symptoms but I am only in my late thirties.. so I’d like to know for sure what’s going on 🙈🫠

Any advice appreciated! Xx

Yes - if you want treatment.
Some docs will prescribe straight away. Others will run tests to get a baseline (which can be debatable).
