Lump on ball of foot - ganglion cyst?

I have a small lump which moves around when I press it. Not painful. Using Dr Google I think it could be a ganglion cyst. Has anyone had one? Should I do anything?

I would consult a podiatrist.

They can advise whether you need insoles or surgery.

I had one on the back of my hand year ago that developed after a minor car crash where I jarred my hand on the steering wheel. I didn’t do anything, it went eventually. Not sure if ignoring it is an option for you though given you have to walk on it constantly. Probably get it checked out.
