Aching during ovulation

Every month I am debilitated by all over joint aches around 3 days before ovulation. I also get severe headaches and nausea with the aches. I am good for nothing. This is getting me down!

Have had a test for menopause - came back clear. It is so frustrating - currently am a stay at home Mum but would like to get back in to some sort of part time work - I know I could not work when this pain hits - I take full dose painkillers and still hve to lie down.

Any one got any advice here? Ta.

I had endometriosis and I had similar nausea/headache symptoms due to the pain but it wasn't so much in the joints as abdominal area. I do hoep you get some relief soon

have no advice to give, sorry, but total sympathy, as I have always had a debilitating pain and achiness on the side ovulating from - I should be approaching/in menopause now surely am 47, so would have thought by now would not be ovulating. How do you get a test for menopause?

Thanks - MrsGuy - ask your Doctor for a blood test which will show whether your hormones are changing as for menopause. Good luck!

Any one else out there with these annoing symptoms - any ideas? Ta
