nappy rash and very tired......

feels a bit hot to touch could this be teething or an infection. He has red spots around his nappy area and seems to be more tired and feeding alot today. The spots seem to be on his legs too but alot paler and not as angry as on on his bum. Starting to get a bit worried now. Hes suffered for exzema before so his skin does seem to react easily.

sounds like it could be a viral infection. Have you given him calpol?

yeah have just given him calpol hes been asleep most of the afternoon on my belly. I thought he might be teething but have noticed the rash is alot redder this afternoon.

How old is he? Has the calpol helped his temperature?
