Is this teething rash?

My little boy is 6 months been dribbling non stop and making bubbles. He is constantly chewing hands and in bother with his gums showing signa of teething. Tonight he has a angry looking rash - his face has been wet all day every time i dry it with a muslin its soaking again. Does this look like a teething rash? Any tips on what I can do? He has nothing else on rest of body only other change is he has refused his dummy for the last week. Thankyou xx

Does look like it. You could try putting metanium or sudocrem on it.

Yeah I remember that. I used to pop a thin layer of sudocrem on it. Teething is the worst 😭 do you pop dribble bibs on him because they at least save you having to change their tops eleventy billion times 😂
