Low ferritin/b12 etc

Hey all. Th9se who are on the lower ends of b12 folate low ferritin etc how did you manage to bring your levels up without any help of drs. (Drs saying all normal. I know you can pay privately for injections/transfusions but wondered if there was other ways you managed before going down that route first? Have major health anxoety so scared either way.

Regular B12 injections and daily vitamin complex tablets (folate is important for b12 levels too)
Beef liver capsules and iron bisglycinate for the iron.
Also high strength vitamin D.

There seems to be a lot of people where, if b12/folate/ferritin are low, they are also low in Vit D too but Drs no longer test it in many areas as it’s assumed most of the population are low so should supplement.
