I can't seem to catch a break health wise. Almost every day it's a headache, or a migraine, or fatigue, or whatever illness or infection is going around.

I felt good on Saturday and it dawned on me that lots of people feel that good every day. I think my life would be so much more enjoyable if I felt good most days.

What can I do to make my health better? Has anyone been like me and turned their health around?

Have you been to the GP? Maybe they could give you the once over, see if your bloods show anything.

Do you have any chronic illnesses, etc? I am disabled and have an array of chronic illnesses, and I know what you mean.

Sometimes, it dawns on me that most people have no pain every day, and that's the normal amount of pain in a day. That people aren't sick every day. It depends that you could have an underlying thing to fix. For me, I just got sick one day. Over time, it got worse and worse and more consistent, and that's just my life, worse symptoms, but you should still make sure you get some investigations.

Have you had any tests, procedures, scans, etc?

Headaches is the one affecting me most days - no cause for them found. Previously had a CT scan for these.

Migraines - I'm on preventative meds for those, still awaiting a neurologist appointment to understand more.

You're right, I probably should insist on full bloods being investigated.

In terms of chronic illnesses, I have none diagnosed but suspect I probably do have some.

This morning I woke at 5 with a massive headache. Had to take medication and still feel a bit off now. It's so hard to have a normal life with this going on.

It could be an something fixable just hard to spot, it's good your waiting for neurology, other than that see what else your GP can prescribe, higher doses etc. Then you just have to wait unfortunately. What chronic illness do you think you have?

I'm the same. I had a kidney infection 3 weeks ago, then a dodgy stomach, now what feels like Bronchitis. I have Vasculitis (an autoimmune condition), so not sure if that's the cause of getting so many things wrong.
