Always had very thick hair but the last year I have noticed my hair thinning quite a bit.
Its the sides of temples mainly, one side more than the other.
when I tie my hair up my pony also don't feel as chunky as before.
When i mentioned to the GP, he said my ferittin 34 was okay. Vit D is low.
I am supplementing on Vit D, but to be fair I think ive always had low vit D, so dont really think it is this.
Im wondering if anyone is or has been in a similar situation and any words of advice would be really appreciated. My mum thinks I am worrying over nothing and then I think of people with much more
challenging health issues and think maybe I am being unreasonable. Thanks in advance xx
