Upper abdominal discomfort that moves around

Just wondering if anyone has had similar. I often have strange pin pointed or non specific upper abdominal pains/discomfort. Never seems to be related to eating. I did see GP and have had ultrasounds 2 or 3 years ago but all looked fine. Recently (last week) it ramped up a a bit again and it's now a dull intermittent pain with some flashes of more pin pointed pain, mostly a bit to the right and sometimes central. Felt a bit sorry for myself over the weekend as well with chills / low grade temp. Wondering if it's just a virus and for some reason I'm feeling it there or whether it could be some kind of gastritis, but it doesn't seem to be related to eating. I have def lost my appetite a bit (but also been on mounjaro on and off) and moments of nausea but again that's been going on for a while and feels more hormonal that gastric. Any ideas?!

Could be anything from gastritis to gallstones to a hiatal hernia or anything inbetween. You probably needs upto date scan and bloods and an endoscopy Flowers
