For c 18mths, and during a pregnancy, I have had: tingling, numbness, pain down rhs, incl face, forearm, leg etc. Getting gradually worse, and also have mild pain rhs of throat, and feels like small ulcer at back of mouth (rhs). Blood tests showed low calcium, and am having tests, but why is it one sided? Am imagining terrile things. Any ideas?

Are you sure you feel pain or is it just the pins from pins and needles IYSWIM.

It could well be a form of migraine.

What tests are you having done?

have you thought about a trapped nerve in your spine?

Sounds a little bit like sciatic symptoms: as Boyz says, could be a trapped nerve./ you might find some sort of gentle stretching like yoga or aquarobics for pregnancy helps a bit.
