Hey lovely ladies what age were you and also what symptoms do you experience please?been having weird symptoms for a while now, especially leading up to a period.I get weird head and eyes feeling with a weird panicky jittery feeling all over. Feel like im about to shut down, especially when trying to fall asleep. Periods are changing thr last 3 months. Alot lighter and shorter.im 36 (started periods at 10) also have anxiety, AS, fibro and ferritin, b12 and vit d etc all on low ends

Hey.. I'm 43 but started going through peri at 37.. My blood work showed my fhs levels were 23.1.. So thay suggests peri.. Mines started with period coming closer together.. about every 20 days, then after a few years of that I started to suffer severe insomnia, periods got more painful, then the dreaded hot flushes 😳... Now my periods are just strange like I can have a couple of normal periods then not bleed for like 70 to 80 days then there back again.. I get headaches more when I'm bleeding and im seriously irrational or irritable the only time I'm truly okay is when I don't bleed for like 70 days.. I can't use hrt because it makes me unwell, So I keep to vitamins and healthy diet, I can't eat spicy food anymore it triggers hot flashes, and summer is brutal.. It's not easy but because I'm have more than 60 days between periods at times it suggests late peri.. just praying it ends soon..

I'm experiencing the jittery sensations and the weird head feeling!! It makes my anxiety so bad!

Have you found that anything makes the jittery sensation go away?
