I’ve got a very stressful event coming up and wondering if this would help with nerves/fluttery tummy?

I’ve never taken anything like this before so before I buy it, does it work or do anything at all?

For those of you who take propranolol, which dosage do you take pls? I’ve got 10mg tabs so not sure whether to take one or two?

I take 40mg x 3 when I am very bad. I find 40mg at times when I’m ‘alright’ only needs to be once per day, usually when I’m prone to overthinking or before bedtime

It's not going to do you any harm so worth a try for the placebo effect.
If you don't normally suffer from anxiety and it's a genuine one off I'd just have a stiff drink.
Sorry about your brother.

I'm sorry you are having to face this. But I wouldn't mess with propanol for something this important - you could easily end up totally spaced out rather than the edge off you are looking for. Either a small amount of bachs or a brandy is probably better. But also remember you don't need to hold it together. It's OK to fall apart at a funeral.
