Anyone a nutrition/supplement expert?

I'm approaching 50, am currently peri-menopausal and realised it's about time I give myself a bit of a boost as I age! Previously the only time I've taken vitamins is when I was ttc and pregnant. My diet is ok. I eat a fair amount of veg and chicken, drink a lot of water, rarely drink alcohol, but could eat more fruit!

I'm on HRT but have recently started to take Lions Mane and turmeric to help with symptoms. I got sent freebies of vitamin d3 and k2, and biotin, so am taking those too!

I've read that creatine is good, and we have that in the house as my DH and son have it (avid gym goers).

Is anyone an expert in nutrition and supplements who could give advice on if these are actually ok to take together? Should I consider starting creatine? Any advice?

Thank you.

The evidence is that unless you have a specific issue you shouldn’t need any supplements apart from vit D and supplements often don’t absorb like real food so why? Also
