I’m 47 soon and feel like I’m not in the best shape. I’m an off a stone and a half overweight. BMI is 27.
I seem to drink about 1.5-2 bottles of wine over the week. No smoking or vaping.
my blood pressure has always been fine but I took it the other day and it’s was 130/79 which seems to be higher than I am normally. What will help most to bring this down? Or is it ok?

It's not that bad.
Weight loss and exercise would be good for you.

I get told anything under 140/80 is ok, so I wouldn’t worry. BP varies in the day, so take a reading morning and evening. Cutting down on salt and red meat may help lower BP.

your BP is fine atm. To keep it in a healthy range it’s the usual advice I’m afraid:

Lose weight
increase exercise
reduce alcohol
healthy diet.
