Numbness and tingling going from fingers to hand/arm?

This afternoon I noticed weird tingling and burning on the side of my middle finger, and it is moving up my left hand and arm. The upper arm/shoulder is aching and feels heavy. It all came out of nowhere and feel fine otherwise. Any suggestions? Thanks

Might be wise to get anything heart related ruled out?

For me it turned out to be cubital nerve related but I did have to have heart stuff ruled out first.
