Just that really.....
I did a weights class on Monday (do it regularly) and didnt lift anything heavier than previously, but position perhaps incorrect
Monday evening , the pain started - ache one side just when moving. Not shooting pains dull ache.
I have a heat pack I apply and I have been taking paracetemol and codeine (1 tablet as it dopes me )
Any other suggestions?
How long would improvement be expected? I am not a patient patient?
