When will it end?

Has anyone else had a virus or something similar recently? Been ill for 2 weeks now, started with a headache and sore throat progressed to tickly cough and then phlegmy cough, aching all over and tight chest. Nose is full up and one ear is blocked with the other pulsating! Keep going from hot to cold. Surely this can’t just be a cold? I’m never usually ill this long

Covid? Flu?

Sorry you feel rotten, OP. A friend of mine has been ill for about a week so far with similar symptoms. Hope you pick up soon.

Ah I could’ve written this @hugsandpugs 8 days in for me but started as a sore throat and body aches, but now turned into full on nasal/ sinus congestion and coughing up thick green phlegm. Seems to be a ridiculous number of people I know with some sort of virus at the moment but these ones seem to be lingering 😫
