Does anyone else have this?

I've had a headache for the last three days and am very achy and tired but no cold symptoms. Has anyone else got this? It feels like a virally headache. Feeling slightly hungover but no alcohol! I feel a bit better in the morning and it comes on again as the day progresses. Many thanks.

I get this occasionally. I put it down to fighting a virus but winning before more symptoms set in. Get plenty of sleep and look after yourself.

@Ciderapplevinegar thank you. That's what I'm thinking. I will try to rest up and sleep as much as I can!
