WBC results - what does this mean?

Sorry folks, I have very little idea of biochemistry and have not had much experience of blood tests.

I had a WBC test done yesterday which has shown the following:

Serum Ferretin: 8 (marked as low)
White cell count 4.6 (borderline)
MCH: 28.1 (borderline)
Neutrophil: 1.8 (low)
Eosinophil 0 (low)
Basophil: 0: (low)

Not suer what each of these does in the body. Does this result imply my immune system is a bit low atm?
Thanks

Do you have a GP app booked to discuss?

I do, next week. I didn't think I'd get the results back the same day. I more wanted to have an idea of what it means rather than looking on Dr Google. I'm not particularly worried.
