Worried out Addison's or is it something else

I have to start by saying I have huge HA. Today I finally plucked the courage after months to get a private blood test as I have had some strange symptoms over the past 8 months. I've convinced myself it's Addisons disease and my blood tests won't rule it out but should rule out other things like thyroid, diabetes etc.
Symtoms that make me think it could be Addison's is low bp (lower than it usually is), light brown streaks on toe nails and fingernails that have appeared recently(I do have dark south Asian skin), exhaustion. Does this sound like it could be Addison's? I don't have increased thirst or the abdominal issues/nausea mentioned online.

However I also have breathlessness where I could be fine for a few days then it will come on and I'd feel it at rest. This is my most frustrating symptom. Had heart checks recently so it's not my heart.
I'm 42, no previous health problems. And absolutely terrified of getting my blood results.
Any ideas anyone?

Hi I'm in same boat, have just had a blood test and have low cortisone, which dr has referred me to get a acth i think test, so am waiting on that,I also got diagnosed with underactive thyroid last year and just recently low in iron,symptoms are tired all the time like wake up tired, hair thining and hard to be motivated and have feel like I just dont care about anything! I think part is perimenopause.
