Worried Cal125

I went to the GP two weeks about something and ended up saying how I was worried about Ovarian because the symptoms sound similar to what I get:
I've always had IBS, periods are becoming more painful and heavier, bloating and bleeding in-between periods. ( I went to the GP a few months ago back in April about the bleeding in-between periods and she said I have cervical erosion so might be thar but sent a referral to gyne which I'm still waiting on).

So the GP two weeks ago asked me to do a Cal125 test and a urine test which was done last week and I've been waiting for the results.

I had a message tonight to ring the GP about my results, I can't call until tomorrow as closed.

Went on my NHS app and I see the urine results are abnormal and looks like they will prescribe something for that but nothing on there about the blood test. I'm worried sick they are withholding information about the blood test until I call tomorrow.
I have no symptoms of a UTI.

I have children and I'm scared something is wrong. I no one can tell me, but has anyone been through something similar?

I know it could also be something like endo (although wasn't mentioned) but I had a scan a couple of years ago and there wasn't anything on there. So if it was something like endo could it take a while to show on scans?

My head is going at 100mph thinking of everything and I'm scared for the worst of course.

its probably about the urine results, they wouldn’t prescribe something without speaking to you

Endo won’t necessarily show on a scan, you have to have specialist scans and technicians trained to spot it. Your symptoms do fit with that diagnosis. Annoyingly CA125 can be elevated due to endo too so it’s not a very specific test for diagnosis - just an indication that something is up. Blood in urine is also common with endo so the urine test might have picked that up and assumed infection.

Also, I meant to say, a friend of mine recently had an abnormal stool test (found lots of blood in poo) and she had a message to call the Drs but was able to see her results on the app so i wouldn’t worry too much about them hiding x

Thanks, that's interesting about the endo.
I called this morning and they mentioned the UTI. I asked about the blood test and the GP has it but not reviewed it yet. Such a worry.
