Does nitrofurantoin always change the colour of wee

So this morning I had my first tablet. My wee went bright yellow. Then I've had the second one after lunch and I've not noticed much if any, colour change. I sometimes have problems swallowing and I'm worried it's not gone down properly, sometimes food etc goes up behind my uvula and gets stuck. I'm wondering if this has happened and what I should do if it has. Or does it not always change colour? I'm just freaking out a bit because I can't tell if it's gone up there or not and I was watching for the usual colour change.

Yes neon yellow pee always
it’s normal

It’s a listed side effect I believe too

Mine was yellow because of it before the weekend. Didn’t work for me, symptoms HAD gone, came back yesterday morning with a vengeance. Trying to do as the NHS asks, went to GP surgery as self-help clearly inadequate for my needs. “NO capacity, and you can’t go to the Walk-in 5 miles away as you’ve had the symptoms for over 1 week, so it was off to the UTC 14 miles away. Lucky I can drive, huh?!?! Now home with more antibiotics and a mood lower a snake’s belly. AND a day off sick, after more than a year of not doing so. Grrrr!!!!
