Is this a skin tag?

Not sure if it needs checking or it’s just a skin tag
it bleeds when picked and it’s raised up, been there a while and not going
it looks like it has a tiny indentation in the middle

Looks like a mole

It appeared maybe 6 weeks ago I think, just thought it was a spot but it’s not going

I’m not a medical professional but don’t skin tags normally appear in areas where things rub, so underarms etc. I think if it’s new you should get it checked to be on the safe side.

Not necessarily they are common on the neck and not just where collars rub.
