Has anyone heard of any successful treatments for significant hand tremors - Parkinson's linked? botox, CBD?

Levodopa.

Thanks, already on Sinemet with no impact on tremors. I think this contains Levodopa.

Deep brain stimulation?

Thanks - I had heard that was successful but invasive. Hence the query about botox.
