Which eye drops help you? What do you use them for? Is it your right eye that's hurting, or both of them?

I have to use eye drops that are preservative free otherwise they get worse, not better.

Hycosan Night Dry Eye Ointment Overnight is what i use, I asked in a pharmacy last year and this is what's recommend. I use when my eyes look like this not every night. Both sore but the very red one in the corner is worse x

Have you spoken to the GP or an optometrist about it? There are some medical conditions that cause dry eye.
But a couple of things might help in addition to the Hycosan Night - a warm (not hot) compress 3x/day, also a lubricant drop every couple of hours during the day. Pharmacist could recommend something. PP is right - preservative-free products are better.

Hope this resolves soon for you, OP

Do you wear contact lenses? I'd go see the optician, personally.
