What scar creams are great for use on a toddler?

My toddler cut his face above his eyebrow and needed stiches. Now it's nearly healed I need a cream/oil to minimise the scar. Apart from bio oil, any other recommendations?

A surgeon told me it is more the massaging of the area than the actual type or quality of the cream/oil used.

Massage the scar and Vaseline

3x per day silicon creams - Biocorneum, gently massage it in. Cover it. Mineral Suncream - Blue Lizard for example. Good luck.
