Rash down side of neck

Suddenly felt itchy and there a spot just come up took a photo and it looks quite rashlike. Right at hairline there’s an almost poxy spot which has that sort of blister head which is itching. I’ve had chicken pox previously

Photo isn't very clear but from your description I wouldn't rule out shingles. However, DH had a rash earlier this year which very much looked like shingles but was just a generic virus. His was very itchy but not painful. I believe shingles is painful. Shingles is very infectious so you might want to keep away from others until its ruled out?

Pharmacies can treat shingles, and the treatment is most effective the sooner it is taken. Maybe visit a pharmacy and ask advice?
