For example you're about to go on holiday and you break your leg the day before.

Embryologist phoned to confirm we wanted the embryos removed from the freezer that day in preparation for embryo transfer the following day.
We’d had a failed fresh IVF cycle that had resulted in a miscarriage and had just those two embryos in the freezer.
Woke up with tonsillitis. They transferred both embryos but, as I had a raging temperature and was desperately unwell, It of course failed but they could hardly put them back in the freezer.
Thing was, I wasn’t on antibiotics, in the hope that it would be one less thing to go against my changes of getting pregnant, it was like swallowing razor blades for the whole 2ww.
