Pain under left breast when I swallow

So for 2 days I get a mild pain under left breast when I swallow . My whole household have had coughs recently including myself which has mostly subsided but about 3 nights ago I woke up with a pain around left ribs that run into my breast so I couldn’t lie on that side .
last week I had what I believe to be a sore shoulder knot which has eased off now but when I pressed against it it caused a sharp shooting pain!
I have health anxiety so my mind is just all over the place assuming the worst and it’s probably making me feel worst ( heart palpitations etc)
anyone had this before ?

I had something similar and it was something called Costochondritis which is basically a pulled muscle. Maybe from coughing. An osteopath might be able to help.

@SilverCamellia Thank you, i did wonder if it could be that, i will call my GP tomorrow and hopefully get an appointment!
